We are committed to serving all of our patients and getting back to what we do best – making you smile! We continue to monitor the recommendations from the Ohio State Dental Board, American Dental Association, and the CDC. The safety and health of our patients and staff has always been the highest priority in our office. Be assured that we have always followed the CDC guidelines for sterilization and infection control, and have been implementing additional standards and protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please review the items below before your appointment.

1. We kindly ask that patients and parents continue to wear a mask while in our office.

2. You may continue to check-in for your appointments by calling our office at 614-457-6567. In order to reduce the number of people in our reception area, we kindly ask parents to remain in vehicles when possible.

3. Dr. Mess and our team members are always available to keep you updated on your child’s progress and answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

4. The American Dental Association and Ohio State Dental Board still recommend that only patients be permitted in clinical areas. Parents are welcome to attend examinations and pre-treatment consultations in our private rooms.
